Ford will build the F-Series hybrid pickup truck or 2020 release

Recently, some overseas media exposure, Ford plans to introduce F-Series pickups use hybrid system, but this model may be officially launched at the end of 2020.
Recently, Ford CEO Mark Fields in an interview revealed to foreign media that Ford is developing F-Series pickup hybrid version models, the car will use traditional hybrid systems, rather than the plug-in hybrid, in addition to the new car will use rear drive layout, the future is also expected to provide four-wheel drive optional.
Mark Fields also stressed that Ford is ready to develop the car from further consideration, although cheap gasoline is weakening consumer appeal for pure electric or hybrid models, but the oil is non-renewable energy, the company's products gradually electrification is necessary, they have to meet the future consumption demand for consumers, so this hybrid pickup may be need officially launch until the end of 2020.
In test, the Ford F-Series hybrid pickup truck will still use Ford VCM to diagnosis all the system. Ford VCM 2 is a dealer lever diagnostic tool for Ford by using IDS software supports WMM and CFR can works on Ford vehicles till now.
